Work With Us
Build Something That Lasts
We're a family-owned commercial contractor with 38+ years in the industry. Our team is the backbone of everything we build — and we take care of them. If you take pride in your craft and want to work for a company that does too, we want to hear from you.
Positions We're Looking For
In-House Crews
We self-perform the majority of our work. That means steady employment, not project-to-project subcontracting.
38+ Years of Stability
Founded in 1986, Capstone has the track record and client relationships that keep our crews working year-round.
Diverse Project Types
From restaurant buildouts to ground-up commercial construction, you'll work on a wide variety of projects across Arizona and California.
Experienced Leadership
Work alongside principals who have been in the field themselves. We lead by example and respect the trades.
